Account Executive (inside) or Account Manager (outside) - ACG is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals that enjoy the challenge of relationship selling. Our Account Executives are responsible for prospecting, lead follow-up, developing new customer relationships, creating and following up on quotes and proposals.

The successful AE will learn our sales procedures/processes and utilize our sales tracking tools. We will provide a professional environment and hands-on training. Additional responsibilities include meeting or exceeding your customers' expectations by delivering outstanding customer service. In that process, the Account Executive will generate quotes to customers; follow-up on quotes; process orders, and manage the customer relationship.

The successful Account Manager will identify new opportunites and develop those opportunities through the sales cycle utilizing ACG techincal resources, manufacturer-partner resources and third parties to develop creative solutions that solve our customer's communications problems.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Our CSRs play an integral part in our process of delivering customer satisfaction. The CSR will interact with our customers, vendor-partners, and sales reps to ensure products are delivered on time, and our customers are kept informed. If you enjoy meeting new people on the phone, are organized and computer friendly, then this is a great job for you.

Junior RF/Radio Technician: Technical person (IT, EE or just the right attitude,  HAM operator/radio hobbyist) who wants to learn about RF, wireless broadband, point to point, air/ground, land mobile and radio systems.
