Account Executive (inside) or Account Manager (outside) - ACG is looking for an energetic, outgoing individual that enjoys the challenge of selling. Our Account Executives are responsible for lead follow-up, prospecting from existing customer lists, and developing new customer relationships.
Individual will learn our sales procedures/processes and utilize our sales tracking tools. We will provide hands-on training. Additional responsibilities include meeting or exceeding your customers' expectations by delivering outstanding customer service. In that process, the Account Executive will generate quotes to customers; follow-up on quotes; process orders, and Manage the customer relationship.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Our CSRs play an integral part in our process of delivering customer satisfaction. The CSR will interact with our customers, vendor-partners, and sales reps to ensure products are delivered on time. If you enjoy meeting new people on the phone, are organized and computer friendly, then this is a great job for you.
