So what do you want to know about ACG Systems?  Founded in 1995 to support airline customers.  A very good steady business in which we have thrived as a competitive outsource provider for air to ground communications.  In the early 2000's we developed a practice around communications consoles, which gave us insight into new technologies as well as the operational challenges some of our customers faced in their dispatch centers. 

In 2005 we recapitalized the company and created a group focused solely on supporting US Federal customers.  We significantly expanded our product offerings as well as our technical breadth.  We upgraded our technical staff to include professional program managers, and enhanced our engineering capability by bringing in a degreed  EE.  We expanded our network of OCMs (contractors), adding to our geographic support capabilities and enabling us to deliver 4 hour on-site responses to customer requirements.

Our engineering and professional service capability enables us to support several national customers.  As subcontractor for a national wireless carrier, we integrate radio systems into existing wireless and wired phone systems for their customers.  As a subcontractor to a major defense contractor, we are providing our ACG-branded radio remote control systems to their US DoD customers.

We have established a Technical Division that includes all of our technical support staff.  Our customer support team reports directly to the Technical Operations Director.  Our sales function includes dedicated commercial and federal sales teams, as well as customer service.  Our back office function stands alone and reports directly to executive management.

Since our expansion, we have been consistently profitable while continuing to make investments in the right people, technologies, test equipment and infrastructure.  We maintain sales and technical operations at our Defense Highway location, which is company owned.  We also maintain an integration and warehousing facility at Renard Court in Annapolis.
