ACG has been delivering equipment, integrated systems, and support services for radio and radio/telephone applications to commercial and government clients for over twelve years. ACG has provided communications systems to federal customers such as the US Air Force, Army, Navy, FAA, FBI, US Marshals, DHS, FEMA, and many others. The Air Force recently declassified our work on their RiPRNet. The company's objective in the Federal Market is to use our technical expertise with our current commercial product line and vendor relationships to deliver commercial off the shelf solutions to government agencies. Organizations such as the FAA, National Guard, DoD, and the US Forest Service all have operational communication needs similar to those of commercial aviation. Product Types Digital Loggers and Recorders: ACG provides digital, PC based recorders for basic recording applications from single to twenty-four line requirements. Digital Radio/Telephone Console Switches: We provide console operator(s) position, which enables operator easy access to hundreds of telephone and radio lines using the most current technology. Air/Ground VHF and UHF AM Base Radios: ACG provides base radios from Technisonic and Park Air Systems for aviation and airline operations at hundreds of airports nationwide. These base stations are either sold individually for a customer to install or as part of a turnkey package provided by ACG. Air/Ground VHF AM Mobile and Emergency Radios: Ground-Air radios utilized by airport vehicles to enable required monitoring of FAA frequencies when operating on the airport ramp. These mobile radios can also be configured for emergency applications. Air/Ground Dial Radio Systems: ACG's primary turnkey systems include a ground-air radio with a telephone/radio patch or interconnect device. The system allows a dispatch center, or Flight Service Station (FSS) to dial into a remote ground/air radio over a telephony link and communicate with aircraft within range of that radio. Conversely, an aircraft can originate a call from a ground station back to a dispatch point. Telephone Network Interface: ACG provides interconnects for communications over an existing IP phone network - extending the ability to talk with RF radio users - UHF/VHF AM or FM. Engineering/Consulting: ACG has provided professional services to commercial and government customers for years. We have the capability to deliver experts in communications and information technology. Project Management: ACG has over 100 years of cumulative experience in project management of radio communication programs. ACG can offer a full range of consulting and program management support to our customers. Installation Supervision, Support and Technical Guidance: ACG employees have installed, relocated and supported over 1,400 radio systems. We currently support customers across the US, and support OCONUS locations in the Carribean, Hawaii and Alaska. Current customers with major turnkey networks are Southwest Airlines, American Eagle Airlines, Continental Express, Horizon Air, USAir Express, and Emery Worldwide. ACG also represents and works jointly with Aeronautical Radio (ARINC) Field Services technical staff to enable timely coverage throughout North America. Teaming and Subcontracting ACG will team strategically as Prime or subcontractor with larger corporations or unique manufacturers to utilize our technical and market expertise and/or our small business status.
